、Responsible for setting up training system for the group and country wild 2、Improve the training and development policy, procedures and partial performance appraisal target to make employees pay more attention to training courses and training results. Review training KPI and SOP regularly for continuous improvement 3、Build up two-way communication channel between group and branch companies, centralizing training guideline and process 4、Responsible for north face outlet. Evaluates the results and effectiveness of training by using different approaches, and improves the training effectiveness accordingly.
