RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Market Research: new product development trend from market place/trade shows and competitor information analysis
2. Take ownership for NPD projects (New Product Development): from MS0 to MS3. Creates RFD (requirement for development), proposing investment return plan and giving clear product definition and design requests. Lead and interacts with cross-function teams: merchandisers, designers and engineers to launch product on time within development budget and product cost target.3. Provide leadership and direction to the markets, in-house designers and external agencies in the development of each region's Retail/OEM/Trade Marketing Communications plans and strategies, based on profound product and market place knowledge.4. Brand Management with P/L responsibilities for both KOKIDO and K2O brands, that target at the modern retail and specialist store sales channels respectively. Provide brandcommunication solutions to other retail brands of key customers’.5. Make retail merchandising plans to drive regional alignment, and facilitate liaison and support for US and Europe sales offices, and affiliate with Hong Kong headquarter. 6. Take ownership of the campaign production, and oversee the schedule to ensure on time, and quality work, whilst keeping on budget. Activities include the creation of the product data sheets, presentation, brochure, leaflets, catalogs, in-store POP display, planogram design, visual merchandising proposals for different brands, sales training materials and organizing/supporting tradeshows.7. Manage the set-up and development work of global company website and continuous enhancement with KOKIDO enterprise identity.8. Customer Relationship Management: visit sales agents/marketplaces/ key customers, follow up with the quality complaint and seek continuous product improvement and new product development opportunities to maximize the customer satisfaction level. Grasp opportunities to cross or up sell. Attract and win new customers. 9. Internal Communication: Responsible for forecast/sales potential collection from region/country’s sales team. Liaise with country dealer, sales manager …etc. to collect the competition dynamics information and support/ensure an effect new product launch. Prioritize each season’s promotion items and monitor sales performance for all countries/regions.
10. Resource management: supervise product line manager, marketing executive, designers and engineers , making sure an organic teamwork is carried out properly before deadline and job assignment/working objectives are all clearly briefed to relevant staff for an efficient follow-up. Properly utilize resource: filter or re-work out external and internal customers’ unreasonable requests if any. Prepare for an objective and constructive performance appraisal for each staff in the team.11. Factory audit: Lead the evaluation process of supplier selection, making sure the product portfolio development is sustainable and healthy meanwhile the chance for the supplier to have direct interest conflict with the company is low, in both short term and long term.http://www.airsoft-irkutsk.ru
